I have pretty consistent office working hours these days. The usual 9 to 5. Only the 9 is AM and so is the 5..yes it is...
The first trial to get up in the morning is at 8 ..the second 10 mins later and then the alarm gives up on me...
Then the muse of my pc at work wakes me up and I lazily creep out of bed at 8:45.. Btw, I’m trying to fix a fire cracker in
beneath my bed, which would be fit with an alarm, to shoot me out for this anti gravity get up from bed activity..boy, I always knew I was a genius..
Anyways…, so I burst up, burst out.. bathroom..toilet..no, toilet, then bathroom..breakfast..(sorry thats the kind of rush..)
and come to office.. Near the desk people are waiting.. no, not for me.. they are just some inveterate travellers of the far
off seas from their seats and make the most of it when they don’t have anything to do...
But here you go.. this that..him her..who what and how..and its 1 PM..lunch time...no my friend you're not that lucky..the
monster you're working on needs some more counselling and the lunch is on the least priority list..(I’ll be damned if my mom reads this..).. so you take a sigh or three and work..no, slog..and at 2:30 the carbohydrate form of your life hits the alarm and you have to have lunch now.. So i try to find out some good samaritan who, as me, is living a "take away" life, to get me some lunch from subway or any saviours of us lesser mortals...
Oh my devil(..god) I didn’t touch the topic of this write up as yet...anyways its not a write up, just some random scribbling..
But yes, here's what I call the take away life...not only for lunch but most of the times I, with a few more souls, would be ordering dinner also from some Indian take away or a pizza place, who by now, treat us as loyal customers..Dont worry dinner will be paid by company.. sorry..have to be a pinching bastard sometimes..
I'm not complaining (mmm...mostly) and this take away thingie might have its consequences on my health sometime, but it surely has arose a thought in my mind..If only everything would be available "take away".. take away friendship, take away love, take away hatred, take away feelings, take away respite, take away relief, take away happiness, joy, delight, euphoria...
As of food, you have to depend on going to the market, bring the stuff and cook and everything. But the easier option is to blame the lack of time on something( weird office hours in my case) and order a home delivery from a take away...all you have to do is call and pay..bingo!! Similarly, you wont have to depend on people for love/friendship/care..anything.. just order it the "take away" style..
adios..you're order is just 30 mins away...

In this post full of ... rather deviod of logic i will like to add that things always come a take away style ... ur customer orders you and u give him take away style, ur body asks for a rest u give it take away style 10 min snoozee ... hope no take aways at the washrooms .... else ppl arnd u must be in great distress :-)
